No. Steve’s mission is to elevate your private car service experience. If he and his drivers meet or exceed your expectations, we truly appreciate the gratuity. Note: 100% of the gratuity goes to your driver.
In a dynamic world, we understand life happens. For private car service, you receive a full refund if the cancellation is made via text or call to XE Park City two (2) or more hours before scheduled pickup. Car service canceled within two (2) hours of scheduled departure receive 50% of the base fare. The reason for XE Park City retaining 50% of the base fare is due to the probable loss of revenue and drivers being left with “dead time” between scheduled transportation services.
